Pluto is designed with Multiple SOC based high-end computing platform for developing application for Secured Wired and Wireless network infrastructure. The platform kit provides a jump start for designers of wired / wireless, EW radar or high-performance symmetric security applications. The platform offers a powerful TI DSP K2K SoC and Xilinx Zynq 7045 FPGA SoC.
DSP SoC has 8 DSP core and 4 ARM cores along with many HW accelerations suitable for developing communication technologies. The DSP SoC is integrated to a Xilinx Zynq 7045 FPGA SoC over SRIO interface.
The FPGA SoC has multiple high-speed interfaces provisioned for both PS and PL side of the device for implementing IP based security algorithms. The devices have enough resources to implement end to end and other proprietary algorithms. FPGA SoC is an ideal hardware choice for prototyping high-end network security system with option of Linux /LWIP boot and PL side infrastructure to develop low latency symmetric security algorithms.
