The LTE UE Reference design by Lekha is a Category 2 UE. Using this Reference Design, OEMs can build LTE UEs for different form factors like an Outdoor type, Vehicle mount, Man-pack or Handset. LTE UE from Lekha supports most of the significant & mandatory features specified by 3GPP, for Release 9 versions of the standard. Lekha’s UE solution adopts a modular design.
The LTE UE reference design has interworked with multiple eNodeBs and T&M equipment. The UE solution is backed by few patents filed by Lekha with respect to PSS and SSS synchronization and Turbo Decoder.
Current design supports up to 1 transmit and 2 receiver antenna ports. There are two AD9361 Radios provisioned to support L3 relay mode operation and multi band carrier aggregation for future enhancements
