Lekha Wireless has built an LTE eNodeB which has now been evolved to support the 5G NR specification, to support a small cell gNodeB. gNodeB uses the physical layer, L2 and L3 software stacks developed by Lekha. The hardware for the integrated solution uses a combination of FPGA SoC, radio and an embedded processor. The solution is designed to work in standalone (SA) mode. There is a roadmap to extend the solution to Non-Standalone (NSA) mode. The solution is tested with test & measurement equipment, and UE devices.
The gNodeB reference design is an integrated solution with low power RF that can support any frequency bands in FR1. The antenna support in the current form-factor is 4T4R, with a roadmap to support 8T8R and FR2 mode.
